摘 要:为科学选择符合矿山实际生产条件的采矿方法及采场结构参数,以某矿山为例,将层析分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)与逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)相结合,提出了一种基于AHP-TOPSIS模型的采场结构参数优选方法。研究表明:通过将损失率、贫化率、生产能力及采矿成本等因素作为评价指标构建的模糊评价矩阵能够准确优选出相应的采矿方案,通过综合评价,分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法为最佳采矿方法。在此基础上,构建了基于AHP-TOPSIS的采场结构参数综合评判模型,并从9种采场结构参数方案中优选出了最佳的采场结构参数,即阶段高度为65 m,矿房长度为25 m,矿柱长度为28 m。矿山生产实践结果反映出,当采用上述采场结构参数时,采矿损失贫化率降低,出矿效率高,回采时能够有效控制地压,确保回采过程安全。In order to scientifically select the mining method and stope structure parameters that meet the actual production conditions of the mine,taking a mine as an example,combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),a stope structure parameter optimization method based on AHPTOPSIS model is proposed.The study results show that the corresponding mining scheme can be accurately selected by using the loss rate,dilution rate,production capacity and mining cost as the evaluation index to construct a fuzzy evaluation matrix,and through comprehensive evaluation,the mining method with empty stopes and backfilling in rock cutting steps is the best mining scheme.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model of stope structural parameters based on AHP-TOPSIS is constructed,and the best stope structural parameters are selected from 9 kinds of stope structural parameter schemes,that is,the stage height is 65 m,the length of the chamber is 25 m,and the length of the pillar is 28 m.The results of mine production practice reflect that when the stope structure parameters are adopted,the mining loss and dilution rate are reduced,the ore drawing efficiency is high,the ground pressure can be effectively controlled during mining,and the safety of mining process can be ensured.
