摘 要:以谦比西铜矿东南矿体深井充填为工程案例,通过室内实验、理论分析、现场验证相结合的方式,研究了自流充填管网系统的压力分布及提高深井垂直钻孔满管率的措施。首先分析当前管网压力分布及满管率,随后开展管道压力和满管率优化,最后结合现场研究了部分使用小管径、提高膏体浓度等方法对压力和满管率的影响。研究表明,南采区2条管路当前满管率仅在17%~41%之间,水平管阻力损失约1.4 MPa/km,自流对垂直管的冲刷极大;采用150 mm内径管部分替代175 mm内径管,每替换100 m可提高0.63%和0.71%满管率;膏体浓度若由69%提高到71%,最大倍线下满管率分别从原来的37%和41%增加到70%和82%,然而垂直管底部压力分别由3.72 MPa和1.75 MPa大幅增加到6.7 MPa和3.06 MPa,增加了堵管爆管风险。工程中,可通过适当增加浓度、部分减少管径、提高倍线等多种方法相结合的方式获得较高满管率。本研究可为深井自流充填提供良好工程借鉴。The southeast ore body of Qianbixi Copper Mine is taked as an engineering case to investigate solutions to improve the pipeline pressure distribution and full-pipe rate.The work is done through indoor experiments,theoretical analysis,and on-site verification.Firstly,the self-gravity transport pipeline current pressure distribution and full-pipe rate are analyzed.Then,the process and methods for optimizing pipeline pressure and full-pipe rate are derived.Finally,the methods of using small-diameter pipes and increasing paste concentration is proposed to raise full-pipe rate.Results show that the full-pipe rate of the current two pipeline is only between 17%and 41%,and pressure resistance of horizontal pipes is 1.4 MPa/km.Current flow causes significant erosion on vertical pipes.In the case of horizontal pipes with an inner diameter of 175 mm are replaced with pipes with an inner diameter of 150 mm,every 100 m of replacement can increase the full-pipe rate by 0.63%and 0.71%.After the paste concentration is increased from 69%to 71%,the maximum full-pipe rate under the longest route is raised from 37%and 41%to 70%and 82%,respectively.However,the pressure at the bottom of the vertical pipeline is significantly increased from 3.72 MPa and 1.75 MPa to 6.7 MPa and 3.06 MPa,respectively,which increases the risk of blockage and burst accidents.In engineering practice,good results can be achieved by combining various approaches,such as properly increasing the concentration,partially reducing the diameter of the horizontal pipe,and increasing the pipeline route.This research can provide good engineering references for deep mine self-gravity transport backfill.
