摘　　要：目的 探讨氧化白藜芦醇联合抗真菌药物对隐球菌是否有增效作用。方法 参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(CLSI)提出的标准方案M27-A3,对隐球菌进行氧化白藜芦醇与伊曲康唑、米卡芬净、5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)单药药敏实验,以及以分级抑菌浓度指数(FICI)为判定指标棋盘法联合药敏实验。观察单独应用氧化白藜芦醇与抗真菌药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、氧化白藜芦醇联合3种抗真菌药的MIC及3种抗真菌药物分别联合氧化白藜芦醇的FICI。结果 氧化白藜芦醇的MIC为250~1 000 mg/L;氧化白藜芦醇与米卡芬净、伊曲康唑、5-FC联合时FICI≤0.5的比例分别是87.5%、62.5%和5.0%。结论 氧化白藜芦醇对隐球菌有一定的抗真菌作用,其与米卡芬净、伊曲康唑联合有协同作用,与5-FC无相互作用。Objective In order to explore the synergistic effects of oxyresveratrol combined with antifungal drugs on cryptococcus.Methods According to the standard protocol M27-A3 proposed by the American clinical laboratory standards institude(CLSI),the oxidation of resveratrol with itraconazole,micafungin,5-fluorocytosine(5-FC)single drug susceptibility test and partial inhibitory concentration(FICI)as the evaluation index combined drug susceptibility test was carried out.Observed the minimum inhibitory concentration of oxidized resveratrol alone with antifungal drugs,the MIC of oxidized resveratrol combined with three antifungal drugs,and the FICI of oxidized resveratrol combined with three antifungal drugs,respectively.Results The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)value of oxyresveratrol ranged from 250 to 1000 mg/L.When combined with micafungin,itraconazole and 5-FC the ratios of FICI≤0.5 were 87.5%,62.5%and 5.0%,respectively.Conclusion Oxyresveratrol has a certain anti-fungal effect on cryptococcus.It has a synergic effect with micafennet and itraconazole,and has no correlation with 5-FC.
