摘　　要：脱水筛在运行过程中,振动横梁易萌生微观裂纹,随之是裂纹的扩展直至瞬时断裂。以ZXT型脱水筛的振动横梁为研究对象,对振动横梁进行了静力学分析、有限元分析,研究了裂纹的萌生与扩展机理,并根据研究成果提出了相应的解决措施。During the operation of the dewatering screen,the cross beams are prone to microcracks,which then propagate until instantaneous fracture.This article takes the crossbeam of the ZXT dewatering screen as the research object,the Static analysis and finite element analysis were conducted,the mechanism of crack initiation and propagation was studied,and corresponding solutions were proposed based on the research results.
