摘　　要：建设海洋强国是实现中华民族伟大复兴梦的必由之路,在新时代的发展要求下,广东省作为渔业大省,持续推进海洋强省战略,加快海洋渔业向高质量发展转型。利用SWOT-PEST分析模型,立足现代渔业高质量发展要求,结合目前广东省海洋渔业发展现状,从政策、经济、社会、技术方面,系统分析广东省海洋渔业发展过程中面临的内、外部环境的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,进而提出特色产业融合渗透发展策略、多元化合作深度变革发展策略、扭转品牌建设优化发展策略以及生态优先可持续发展策略,助推广东省海洋渔业综合效益的提升。The construction of marine power is an important way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Under the requirements of development in the new era,Guangdong Province,as a big fishery province,has actively responded to the call of the central government,continuously promoting the strategy of marine strong province,and accelerating the transformation of marine fishery to high-quality development.This paper uses SWOT-PEST model,based on the requirements of high-quality development of modern fishery,combined with the current situation of marine fishery development in Guangdong Province,systematically analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of internal and external environment in the development of marine fishery in Guangdong Province from the aspects of policy,economy,society and technology.Furthermore,it puts forward the development strategy of integration and penetration of characteristic industries,in-depth transformation and development strategy of diversified cooperation,transformation and optimization of brand building,and ecological priority and sustainable development strategy to promote the comprehensive benefits of marine fisheries in Guangdong Province.
