摘 要:为了解淀山湖4种鲌亚科(Culterinae)鱼类的生长状况,基于2018—2021年在淀山湖调查采集的鱼类样本,研究了4种鲌亚科鱼类的全长、体长、叉长和体质量组成,采用线性回归模型拟合全长-叉长-体长关系(length-length relationships,LLRs)、幂函数回归模型拟合体长-体质量关系(length-weight relationships,LWRs)并估算肥满度指数(K)特征。结果表明,4种鱼类全长-叉长-体长均分别具有显著的线性关系;其体长-体质量关系方程分别为:翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus),W=1.510×10^(-4) SL^(2.508);达氏鲌(C.dabryi),W=5.031×10^(-6) SL^(3.174);蒙古鲌(C.mongolicus),W=1.104×10^(-4) SL^(2.580);红鳍原鲌(Cultrichthys erythropterus),W=5.615×10^(-6) SL^(3.150)。其中,翘嘴鲌和蒙古鲌呈负异速生长,达氏鲌和红鳍原鲌呈正异速生长;根据K结果显示,达氏鲌和红鳍原鲌的个体生长状况一般,少数个体达到优的水平,翘嘴鲌和蒙古鲌的个体生长状况总体较差。本研究结果可为淀山湖鲌亚科鱼类资源保护和可持续发展提供基础资料和科学支撑。In order to understand the biological characteristics of standard length and standard weight of four Cultrinae fishes in Dianshan Lake,we collected samples bimonthly from set gillnet and bottom trawl surveys in Dianshan Lake from January 2018 to December 2021.We used a range of statistical methods,including variable coefficient,Shaprio-Wilk test and t-test to study length-length relationships(LLRs),standard length(SL)and standard weight(W)distribution,length-weight relationships(LWRs)and condition factor(K)of four Cultrinae fishes in Dianshan Lake.The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between total length(TL),fork length(FL)and SL of the four fishes(R 2>0.96).The SL and W distribution of four Cultrinae fishes did not conform to normal distribution,however,there was also a significant correlation(R 2>0.95).The LWRs equations for four Cultrinae fishes were Culter alburnus:W=1.510×10^(-4) SL^(2.508),C.dabryi:W=5.031×10^(-6) SL^(3.174),C.mongolicus:W=1.104×10^(-4) SL^(2.580) and Cultrichthys erythropterus:W=5.615×10^(-6) SL^(3.150).The results indicated that C.alburnus and C.mongolicus showed negative allometric growth,C.dabryi and Cultrichthys erythropterus showed positive allometric growth,parameter b showed significant differences(P<0.05),ln a was negatively correlated with b.The K could be used in assessing the growth status of the four Cultrinae fishes,the results verified that the growth conditions of C.dabryi and Cultrichthys erythropterus were normal,and a few of them reached very good level,C.alburnus and C.mongolicus were in poor condition.The results of this study revealed the growth status of four common Cultrinae fishes in Dianshan Lake and provided biological parameters for further assessment and conservation of fishery resources.
