摘　　要：科技奖励是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分和重大制度安排。前期研究表明,成熟度高、影响力广泛的科技奖励制度多产生于英美等世界科技强国。从奖励对象、内容及形式等方面对比分析中国与美、英、法、德等世界科技强国科技奖励制度并提出建议。中国在建设科技强国、实现高水平科技自立自强的新阶段,要进一步强化科技奖励精神激励,完善科技奖励荣誉机制;要强化科技奖励领域破“四唯”,治理科技奖励派生待遇;要完善科技奖励“稀缺性”资源分配结构,更加重视对基础研究和青年科技人才的奖励。Science and technology award is an important part of national innovation system construction and important institutional arrangement.Previous studies have shown that science and technology award systems with high maturity and wider influence are most abundant in the world’s scientific and technical powers such as the United Kingdom and the United States.Compare and analyze China's science and technology award system with those of the United States,Britain,France,Germany and other world's scientific and technological powerhouses in terms of the target,content and form of the award and put forward suggestions.In the new stage of building a strong science and technology country and achieving sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels,China should further strengthen the spiritual incentive of science and technology award,improve the honor mechanism of science and technology award;strengthen the field of science and technology award to break the“four only”,and govern the derivative treatment of science and technology award;improve the“scarce”resource allocation structure of science and technology award,and pay more attention to the award for basic research and young scientific and technical talents.
