摘 要:在系统分析当前煤矸石开发利用的基础上,提出一种面向矿山应用的大掺量煤矸石混凝土。与传统煤矸石混凝土相比,矿山工程领域对混凝土的强度要求相对较低,为大掺量使用煤矸石代替天然骨料提供了可能。文章以煤矸石骨料类型和替代率为变量,分别研究了不同配比设计对矿用煤矸石混凝土物理特性、工作性能和流动性的影响。研究结果表明:与细骨料相比,煤矸石粗骨料的掺量对矿用煤矸石混凝土力学特性的影响更加显著,细骨料主要影响煤矸石混凝土的工作性能;矿用煤矸石混凝土单轴抗压强度和弹性模量随着煤矸石骨料掺量的增加有所降低;随着煤矸石骨料掺量的增加,煤矸石混凝土的变形能力有所增强。研究成果有助于推动煤矸石混凝土在矿山工程领域的应用。Based on the systematic analysis of the current development and utilization of coal gangue,a new type coal gangue concrete is proposed.Compared with the traditional coal gangue concrete,the strength requirements of concrete in the field of mining engineering are relatively low,which makes it possible to use coal gangue instead of natural aggregate in a large amount.Taking the substitution rate of natural aggregate in concrete as a variable,this paper studies the effects of different aggregate types and substitution rate on the physical properties,working performance and fluidity of mine gangue concrete.The results show that:the coarse aggregate of coal gangue has an obvious influence on the physical and mechanical properties of mining coal gangue concrete;the function of fine aggregate is mainly reflected in the working performance;with the increase of coal gangue aggregate substitution rate,the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of mining coal gangue concrete show a significant downward trend;the longitudinal deformation capacity of mine coal gangue concrete increases with the increase of coal gangue aggregate.The relevant research results will help to further promote the wide application of coal gangue concrete in the field of mine engineering.
