摘 要:为提升分散染料的溶解性能,减少分散剂的使用量,本实验将氯化胆碱/乙二醇低共熔溶剂(ChCl/EG)用于对分散蓝354的溶解,系统研究了染料在ChCl/EG中的溶解行为,采用扫描电镜、超景深三维显微镜、激光粒度分析仪、紫外/可见分光光度仪、红外光谱仪等测试溶解历程中染料的微观形貌、光谱特征、化学结构以及染液的稳定性能。结果表明:分散蓝354可溶解于ChCl/EG中,染液的吸光度与溶解温度、溶解时间密切相关;染液具有优异的分散稳定性能,自然静置72 h无分层沉降,紫外线照射下染液具有丁达尔现象;100℃下溶解30 min后染料的粒径明显减小,染料颗粒集中分布在20~30μm,粒径小于50μm的染料占比高达86.33%;ChCl/EG溶解不改变分散蓝354的化学结构和最大吸收波长。In order to improve the dispersing and dissolving properties of disperse dyes and reduce the amount of dispersants used,choline chloride/ethylene glycol deep eutectic solvent(ChCl/EG)was used to disperse and dissolve disperse blue 354 in this experiment.The dissolution behavior of ChCl/EG was tested by scanning electron microscope,ultra-depth 3D microscope,ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer,infrared spectrometer etc to test the microscopic morphology,spectral characteristics,chemical structure and stability of dye solution during the dissolution process.The results showed that the disperse blue 354 can be dispersed and dissolved in ChCl/EG,and the absorbance of the prepared dye solution is closely related to the dissolution temperature and time.The dye solution has excellent dispersion stability,with no stratified sedimentation after standing for 72 h naturally,which exhibits Tyndall phenomenon under ultraviolet light irradiation.The particle size of disperse blue 354 was significantly reduced after 30 min of dispersion and dissolution at 100℃,and the dye particles were concentrated in the range of 20~30μm,and the proportion of dyes with a particle size of less than 50μm was as high as 86.33%.Meanwhile,the chemical structure and maximum absorption wavelength of the disperse blue 354 will not be affected or changed by the dissolution of ChCl/EG.
