摘 要:针对检修计划的风险评估问题,分析了设备检修的综合风险,提出了基于综合风险分析的配电网检修计划优化模型。该模型中涵盖了电网运行风险与设备故障风险的综合风险分析体系,且将二者分别用于评估设备检修期间可能造成的电力用户停电风险,以及配电网设备故障停运所导致的设备损伤风险。并在此基础上考虑了检修资源和检修时间等约束条件。通过基于IEEE30节点系统进行的算例结果表明,与仅考虑电网运行风险或设备故障风险的检修计划相比,所提出的模型可降低约20%的综合风险,进而证明了该优化模型能够有效控制电网风险。Aiming at the problem of risk assessment of maintenance plan,the comprehensive risk of equipment maintenance is analyzed,and an optimization model of distribution network maintenance plan based on comprehensive risk analysis is proposed.The model covers the comprehensive risk analysis system of power grid operation risk and equipment failure risk.Power grid operation risk and equipment failure risk are used to evaluate the possible power user outage risk during equipment maintenance and the equipment damage risk caused by equipment failure and shutdown of distribution network.On this basis,the model also considers the constraints such as maintenance resources and maintenance time.The example results based on IEEE30 bus system show that the proposed model can reduce the compr⁃ehensive risk by about 20%compared with the maintenance plan considering only the power grid operation risk or equipment failure risk,which proves that the designed optimization model can effectively control the power grid risk.
