摘 要:无线传感网络已经应用于诸多领域,其中滚动轴承监测系统对无线传感网络的传输速率有着较高要求。因此该文设计了一种可用于滚动轴承振动数据接收的系统,该设计采用国产GD32F450ZKT6和Si24R1的双核心架构,从硬件结构、通信协议、工作模式等方面进行研究,解决了现有设备接收速率低、功耗高的问题。经验证,该系统的接收速率为656.23 kbps;在接收采样率为25 kHz的振动信号时,其丢包率仅为0.2%;工作电流仅为260 mA。该设计具有核心器件国产化、接收速率快和低功耗等优点,有效提高了滚动轴承故障检测系统的工作效率。Wireless sensor networks have been used in many fields,the rolling bearing monitoring system has high requirements on the transmission rate of wireless sensor networks.Therefore,this paper designs a system for receiving vibration data of rolling bearings.The design adopts the dual⁃core architecture of domestic GD32F450ZKT6 and Si24R1,and studies from the aspects of hardware structure,communication protocol,working mode,etc.and solves the problem of low receiving rate of existing equipment and the problem of high power consumption.It has been verified that the receiving rate of the system is 656.23 kbps;When receiving vibration signals with a sampling rate of 25 kHz,the packet loss rate is only 0.2%;The operating current is only 260 mA.The design has the advantages of localization of core components,fast reception rate and low power consumption,which effectively improves the working efficiency of the rolling bearing fault detection system.
