摘 要:为了研究过期医疗药品作为镁合金缓蚀剂的可能性,采用电化学测试技术研究评价了过期医疗药品甘桔冰梅片浓度、温度和浸泡时间对镁合金AZ91D缓蚀行为的影响。结果表明:甘桔冰梅片对AZ91D镁合金具有缓蚀作用且属于阳极型缓蚀剂,与空白镁合金相比,添加甘桔冰梅片后镁合金的腐蚀电位正移接近100 mV,腐蚀电流密度从1.36×10^(-5)A/cm^(2)降低到1.06×10^(-6)A/cm^(2)。随着甘桔冰梅片浓度的增加,AZ91D镁合金的交流阻抗值呈现先增加后减少的趋势;而随着温度的增加,镁合金交流阻抗值逐渐减小;随着浸泡时间的延长,缓蚀性能逐渐增强。在缓蚀剂浓度1.00 g/L、温度为20℃时,甘桔冰梅片缓蚀率最高可达84.90%。In order to study the possibility of expired medical drugs as corrosion inhibitors for magnesium alloy,the effects of concentration of expired medical drugs Citrus Ice Plum Tablets(GJBMP),temperature and soaking time on the corrosion inhibition behavior of magnesium alloy AZ91D were studied by electrochemical testing technology.The results showed that GJBMP had corrosion inhibition effect on AZ91D magnesium alloy and belonged to the anodic corrosion inhibitor.Compared with the blank magnesium alloy,the corrosion potential of the magnesium alloy increased to nearly 100 mV,and the corrosion current density decreased from 1.36×10^(-5) A/cm^(2) to 1.06×10^(-6) A/cm^(2).The electrochemical impedance of magnesium alloy AZ91D increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of GJBMP, and the impedance decreased with the increase of temperature. With the extension of soaking time , the corrosion inhibition property was gradually enhanced. When the concentration of inhibitor was 1.00 g/L and the temperature was 20 ℃, the highest inhibition efficiency can reach 84.90 %.
