老年人冬季绿地活动情况与心理健康关系研究——以石家庄市典型社区公园为例

摘　　要：以元南公园、时光公园、丁香园公园3个石家庄市内典型社区公园为研究区域,采用问卷法对3个社区公园内老年人冬季活动情况、使用评价情况、老年人个体特征、心理健康水平情况进行调查,利用多元线性回归分析法探究冬季社区公园老年人活动情况与其心理健康水平之间的关系,利用相关性分析法探究影响二者的因素.研究表明,在冬季,社区公园老年人活动频率对其心理健康水平具有显著的正向调节作用;活动频率受多种因素的影响,其中,社区公园景观类型的多样性和设施舒适性的影响最为明显.为此,应提高社区公园景观类型的多样性、冬季植物景观类型的丰富性、公园设施的舒适性、环境的安全性和交通的可达性.Three parks,namely Yuannan,Time and Lilacs were selected in Shijiazhuang for the case study regarding winter activities,by using a questionnaire,evaluation,individual characteristics and mental health of the elderly,to explore the relationship between the activities and their mental health of the elderly.Regression analysis was performed to explore the correlation in response to affecting factors.The results show that the activity frequency of the elderly has a significant positive regulation on their mental health level,and the activity is affected by such factors as the diversity of park landscapes,with the comfort of facilities the most obvious.Therefore,the diversity of community park landscapes should be enhanced with winter plants,comfort of facilities,safety of environment and access to traffic.
