摘 要:目的探讨三维稳态自由进动序列(3D SSFP)技术应用于先天性心脏病肺动脉下心室旷置术(Fontan)术后随访中的价值。方法将我院2019年2月至2021年3月期间108例先天性心脏病Fontan术后患者分组,按照不同的检查方法分为对照组54例,给予对比剂血管增强造影扫描(CE-MRA),观察组54例给予3D SSFP技术扫描,观察2组图像质量、大血管长短径平均值。结果扫描后,观察组右肺动脉、左肺动脉、下腔静脉及肺动脉吻合口、上腔静脉及肺动脉吻合口、主动脉及肺总动脉图像质量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺总动脉、主动脉、右肺动脉、左肺动脉及下腔静脉长短径平均值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D SSFP技术应用于先天性心脏病Fontan术后随访中,扫描图像更清晰,对大血管扫描直径范围更广泛。Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional,steady-state free precession sequence(3D SSFP)technique for the follow-up of congenital heart disease patients after pulmonary subventricular debarment(Fontan).Methods The 108 patients with congenital heart disease after Fontan operation between February 2019 and March 2021 in our hospital were grouped into 54 cases according to the random number table method,given contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(CE-MRA)in the control group,and 54 cases in the observation group were scanned with 3D SSFP technique to observe the image quality.Scans of the large blood vessels from both groups were evaluated in terms of image quality and average minimum and maximum diameters.Results Images of the right pulmonary artery,left pulmonary artery,inferior vena cava and pulmonary artery anastomosis,superior vena cava and pulmonary artery anastomosis,aorta,and common pulmonary artery of the observation group were of higher quality than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average minimum and maximum diameters of the common artery,aorta,right pulmonary artery,left pulmonary artery,and inferior vena cava were greater in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the follow-up of congenital heart disease,following the Fontan procedure,the 3D SSFP approach produced clearer images and revealed wider blood vessels than those revealed by the CE-MRA approach.
