摘 要:目的通过免疫荧光法和镜检涂片法进行对比,分析免疫荧光法在检测阴道分泌物病原体中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月医院妇科采集的164个阴道分泌物为研究对象,分别采用免疫荧光法和镜检涂片法检测阴道分泌物标本中阴道炎病原体,并对比分析2种方法的检测结果。结果免疫荧光法和镜检涂片法分别检出线索细胞46例和38例,阳性率分别为28.0%和23.2%,2种方法检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2种方法检出念珠菌的例数分别为36例和22例,阳性率分别为21.9%、13.4%,两种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2种方法检出阴道毛滴虫例数分别为11例、13例,阳性率分别为6.7%、7.9%,2种检测方法结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免疫荧光染色检测阴道分泌物病原体在检测线索细胞和念珠菌方面具有较好的临床价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of immunofluorescence method in detecting pathogens in vaginal secretions by comparing immunofluorescence method with microscopic smear method.Methods 164 vaginal secretions collected from the department of gynecology in the hospital in January 2022 were selected as the research object.Immunofluorescence and microscopic smear method were used to detect the pathogen of vaginitis in vaginal secretions,and the detection results of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results Immunofluorescence method and microscopic smear method detected 46 and 38 clue cells,with positive rates of 28.0%and 23.2%,respectively.The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases of Candida detected by the two methods was 36 and 22,with positive rates of 21.9%and 13.4%,respectively,the difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases of Trichomonas vaginalis detected by the two methods was 11 and 13,respectively,with positive rates of 6.70%and 7.93%,respectively,and the results of the two methods were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Immunofluorescence staining for vaginal discharge pathogens has good clinical value in detecting clue cells and Candida and is worth promoting.
