摘　　要：针对一起铁路枢纽变电所事故案例,分析了事故原因和存在的问题,并就如何提高铁路枢纽变电所供电可靠性,从规划设计、施工、运维管理等方面提出了相应的措施及建议。With regard to an accident in a railway hub substation,the paper analyzes the causes of the accident and problems existed,puts forward accordingly the corresponding measures and proposals on how to improve the reliability of power supply of railway hub substation from aspects of planning design,construction,operation and maintenance management.
