摘  要:我国高速铁路接触网用整体吊弦组成零件较多,安装和维护存在诸多不便,本文针对现有整体吊弦的技术特点提出了一种锻造式无螺栓整体吊弦的设计。结合整体吊弦的工作特性和应用环境,通过对产品结构组成、设计原理、受力计算等方面的对比分析,该锻造式无螺栓整体吊弦具有组成部件少、重量轻、易成型、质量高、耐疲劳及滑移性能优、安装方便、免维护等技术特点,特别适用于自然环境恶劣、人烟稀少等运维难度大的地区。The integral droppers for OCS of high-speed railway in China are composing of many fittings,which bring much inconveniences in installation and maintenance.The paper puts forward a design of forged bolt-free integral dropper on the basis of the technical characteristics of the existing integral droppers.Combined with the working characteristics and application environment of integral droppers,through comparative analysis of the product structure composition,design principles,force calculation and other aspects,the forged bolt-free integral droppers,with the characteristics of less fittings,light weight,easy forming,high quality,fatigue resistance,excellent sliding performance,convenient installation and maintenance free,are particularly adaptive to the application in areas with difficult operation and maintenance such as harsh natural environments and sparsely populated areas.
