摘 要:3-甲氧基苯酚是一种重要的化工原料,其在医药、香料、农业等行业有着广泛的作用。而国内外现有关于3-甲氧基苯酚的合成研究较少,且多为复杂化学反应或原料毒性较大。本研究以间苯二酚和甲醇作为原料,采用有机添加剂法合成高磷铝物质的量比、稳定的介孔结构、大比表面积和适宜的酸碱活性中心的Al-P-O固体酸碱催化剂,在酸碱协同效应下,气固相催化O-烷基化合成3-甲氧基苯酚。在适宜催化条件下,间苯二酚转化率82.6%,3-甲氧基苯酚选择性66.8%,在200 h内催化效果几乎没有变化。该催化剂合成方法具有合成方法简单,催化剂结构、酸碱性质可调等优势,并且催化反应采用气固相催化,产物易分离并且可连续生产,是制备3-甲氧基苯酚的优秀催化路径之一。3-methoxyphenol is an important chemical raw material,which has a wide range of roles in medicine,spices,agriculture,and other industries.However,there are few existing studies and there are no catalysts with industrial value.In this study,resorcinol and methanol were used as raw materials for the synthesis of 3-methoxyphenol.An Al-P-O solid acid base catalyst with high phosphorus aluminum molar ratio,stable mesoporous structure,large specific surface area,and suitable acid base active center was synthesized using an organic additive method.Under the synergistic effect of acid base,the synthesis of 3-methoxyphenol was carried out by gas-solid phase catalytic O-alkylation.Under suitable catalytic conditions,the conversion rate of resorcinol is 82.6%,and the selectivity of 3-methoxyphenol is 66.8%.The catalytic effect has hardly changed within 200 hours.The catalyst synthesis method has the advantages of simple synthesis method,adjustable catalyst structure,and acid-base properties.The catalytic reaction uses gas solid phase catalysis,and the product is easy to separate and can be continuously produced.It is one of the industrial directions for preparing 3-methoxyphenol using resorcinol and methanol as raw materials.
