摘 要:对硅橡胶复合材料进行γ射线辐照处理,研究不同辐照吸收剂量对硅橡胶复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:随着辐照吸收剂量的增大,复合材料的拉伸强度呈现先减小后增大最后降低的趋势,在辐照吸收剂量为150 kGy时达到最大值;复合材料的硬度随辐照剂量的增大而增大。本文还通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术对辐照前后复合材料官能团的变化进行分析与鉴定。The silicone rubber-based composites were treated with gamma-ray irradiation to study the effects of different radiation doses on their overall performance.The results show that:the tensile strength of the composites showed a tendency to decrease first,then increase and finally decrease with the increase of the irradiation dose.The maximum value was reached when the irradiation absorbed dose was 150 kGy;the hardness of the composite material increases with the increase of the irradiation dose.Besides,the changes in the functional groups of the composite material before and after irradiation were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR)technology.
