摘　　要：芫荽精油作为一种原生植物精油,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎、防治癌症和糖尿病等广泛生物活性,在食品、医药保健、化妆品和烟草等领域具有广阔的应用价值。本文着重对芫荽精油的提取方法及化学成分分析进行了综述,从而为芫荽精油进一步的开发和应用提供参考。Coriander essential oil,as a kind of essential oil from the native plants,which has wide biological activities such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,prevention and treatment of cancer and diabetes and so on.It has broad application values in the fields of food,medicine,health care,cosmetics and tobacco.In this paper,the extraction methods and chemical composition analysis of cilantro essential oil were reviewed in order to provide references for its further development and applications.
