摘  要:甲醇羰基化合成醋酸所排放的废液中常含有不同浓度的醋酸废水。针对有关醋酸废水分离提纯,合成技术的现状,主要介绍了几种目前在化工行业生产过程中常见的醋酸废水处理方法。其中包括:精馏法、溶剂萃取法、膜分离法、吸附法以及直接合成下游产品的方法。为防止资源浪费,对醋酸废水进行高效、低能耗处理,探寻经济可行的醋酸废水回收再利用新途径对化工行业未来的发展具有重要意义。Acetic acid waste water of different concentrations is often contained in the waste liquid discharged from carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid.With respect to separation,purification and synthesis technology of acetic acid waste water,this paper mainly introduces several common acetic acid waste water treatment methods in the production process of chemical industry.These include:distillation,solvent extraction,membrane separation,adsorption and direct synthesis of downstream products.In order to prevent the waste of resources,it is of great significance to treat acetic acid waste water with high efficiency and low energy consumption and explore a new way of economic and feasible acetic acid waste water recycling for the future development of chemical industry.
