摘  要:PVC-C(氯化聚氯乙烯)压力管道由于其优良的耐化学腐蚀性能,广泛应用于石油化工领域输送酸、碱介质。PVC-C管道的连接一般采用承插式粘接连接,其胶接接头部位是承压管道相对薄弱的环节,在接头处可能存在各种缺陷(裂纹、分层、体积类缺陷),本文通过采用基于外部热激励方式的主动红外热成像检测技术对PVC-C管道胶接接头缺陷进行分析研究,建立起温度场分布与缺陷之间的关系,获取了不同缺陷对热源的敏感程度,从而保证红外热成像检测技术对PVC-C压力管道的检验质量。PVC-C(chlorinated polyvinyl chloride)pressure pipeline is widely used in the petrochemical field to transport acid and alkali media because of its excellent chemical corrosion resistance.PVC-C pipeline connection generally adopt socket connection of adhesive,the adhesive joint part is a pressure pipe relatively weak link,in all kinds of possible joint defects(cracks,delamination,volume defects),the heat based on external incentives through the use of active infrared thermal imaging detection technology of PVC-C pipeline glue joint defect analysis.The relationship between temperature distribution and defects was established,and the sensitivity of different defects to heat source was obtained,so as to ensure the inspection quality of PVC-C pressure pipeline by infrared thermal imaging detection technology.
