基于空轨方式的天津港集装箱铁水联运方案研究

摘　　要：相较于铁路延伸进港,基于空轨方式运输集装箱具有占地少、对港口布局影响小、运输组织灵活等优点,且无人驾驶与目前码头全自动化发展方向相匹配,但铁路方面尚缺乏对基于此种制式的铁水联运系统方案进行研究,需探讨天津港铁路集装箱站和港口间通过空轨换装、运输集装箱,解决“铁路延伸进港”联运难题。通过搜集该制式的国内车辆相关参数,确定线路主要技术标准;调研天津新港北铁路集装箱中心站及东疆港现状和规划,确定集装箱换装运量;根据换装机械和工艺,确定铁路端龙门吊(或集卡)及码头端自动导向运输车(或集卡)与空轨之间换装流程;分析各个动作换装作业时间,确定每列空轨停站时间,进而配置空轨场站装卸线数量。最后,确定空轨在铁路车站和港口码头的布置方案,并从工程投资、占地面积、换装复杂性、运输效率与灵活性等方面综合分析比选,提出方案推荐意见。Compared with the railway extension into the port,the suspended monorail transportation of containers has the advantages of less space,less impact on the layout of the port,flexible transportation organization,and the unmanned driving is compatible with the current development direction of full automation of the wharf.However,there is still a lack of research on the scheme of the combined train and ship transportation based on this system.This paper discusses how to solve the problem of“railway extension into port”intermodal transportation between Tianjin Port Container Station and the port by reloading and transporting containers on the suspended monorail.In this paper,the main technical standards are determined by collecting relevant parameters of domestic vehicles of this system.The status and planning of Tianjin Xingangbei Railway Container Central Station and Dongjiang Port are investigated to determine the volume of container transportation.According to the handling machinery and technology,the reloading process between the railway gantry(or container truck,or the wharf automatic guide vehicle)and the suspended monorail is determined.The loading and unloading operation time of each action is analyzed,the stopping time of each suspended monorail is defined,and then the number of loading and unloading tracks of the station is calculated.Finally,the layout schemes of suspended monorail in railway station and port are determined,and comprehensive analysis and selection are made from the aspects of project investment,land area,complexity of loading and unloading process,transport efficiency and flexibility,and proposals and recommendations are put forward.
