摘　　要：目的:针对重症伤病员的航空医疗救援转运需求,研制一种可多体位调节、舒适、安全、可靠的机载专用救护担架。方法:该担架主要由固定支架、升降支架、支腿、升降机构、海绵担架垫和安全带等组成。其中固定支架采用八边形环状结构,由铝合金圆管折弯拼接而成,内部采用横筋和纵筋作为支撑面;升降机构设计在固定支架与升降支架之间,由拨杆插销、上横梁和下横梁组成;安全带设置在担架框架侧边处,由胸带、腹带和腿带3个部分构成。结果:该担架模拟承重80 kg的伤病员时,可以承受前向、侧向、向下、向上及后向的极限载荷强度。而且该担架顺利通过了静力加载、振动与冲击等试验验证及试飞试验,达到了CCAR-25与GJB 150A的航空环境适应性要求。结论:该担架结构安全、使用舒适且可快捷调整伤病员体位,可用于航空医疗救援中的重症伤病员转运与救护。Objective To develop an airborne specialized ambulance stretcher with multi position adjustment and high comfort,safety and reliability to meet the requirements for transferring seriously ill and injured patients during aeromedical rescue.Methods The airborne specialized ambulance stretcher was mainly composed of a fixed bracket,a lifting bracket,four legs,a lifting mechanism,a sponge cushion and safety belts.The fixed bracket with an octagonal ring structure was made by splicing bended aluminum alloy round tubes,which had internal transverse and longitudinal bars to form a supporting surface;the lifting mechanism was between the fixed bracket and the lifting bracket,and consisted of a toggle pin,an upper beam and a lower beam;the safety belts were set at the sides of the stretcher frame,and three parts for the chest belt,abdomen belt and leg belt.Results The stretcher developed proved to withstand the extreme loads at forward,lateral,downward,upward and backward directions in the simulation of carrying an 80 kg patient,which passed static loading,vibration and shock experiments and flight tests and met the requirements of CCAR-25 and GJB 150A for the adaptability to aviation environment.Conclusion The stretcher developed with high safety and comfort has the patient position adjusted quickly,and thus can be used for the transfer and treatment of seriously ill and injured patients during aeromedical rescue.
