摘　　要：目的:设计术中标本采集系统,实现标本信息的自动化采集和标本的溯源管理。方法:该系统基于.NET 4.0开发环境运行,采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,参考闭环管理模式设计,采用C#语言进行开发。整个系统包括术者信息登记、标本信息采集、条码标签打印、标本签送确认、标本签收确认、标本信息查询、诊断报告查询7个功能模块。结果:该系统不仅实现了标本信息从手工登记模式到信息化采集的转变,减少了标本信息填报错误以及标本漏送等现象的发生,而且实现了标本的溯源管理。结论:该系统能够满足手术室对术中标本的精细化管理需求,减轻手术室工作人员的工作量。Objective To design an intraoperative specimen collection system to realize automated collection of specimen information and specimen traceability management.Methods An intraoperative specimen collection system was developed with.NET 4.0 development environment,C/S architecture,closed-loop management mode and C# language,which was composed of seven functional modules for operator information registration,specimen information collection,barcode label printing,specimen delivery confirmation,specimen reception confirmation,specimen information query and diagnostic report query.Results The system developed transformed specimen information collection from manual registration into informatized acquisition,reduced the errors for filling specimen information,avoided missed specimen delivery and realized specimen traceability management.Conclusion The system developed facilitates the refined management of the intraoperative specimen and lowers the staff workload in the operating room。
