摘 要:目的:对QUASAR MRID 3D失真模体在高场强磁共振模拟定位机失真度检测中的应用价值进行深入探讨。方法:在GE公司MR 750W高场强磁共振模拟定位机上分别采用快速梯度回波(gradient recalled echo,GRE)序列及其反向梯度序列获取大直径QUASAR MRID 3D失真模体图像,将其导入模体自带分析软件对图像失真及主磁场B0失真等数据进行定量分析。结果:在模体图像长度范围固定的情况下,随着偏离磁场中心距离的增加失真度相应增大。模体大小为368 mm(直径)×321 mm(长度)区域内X、Y、Z 3个方向的平均失真度均<2.00 mm,其结果最大值分别为1.24、1.40和1.05 mm。通过与基准数据对比,B0失真度平均值为1.07 mm。结论:QUASAR MRID 3D失真模体可以准确地对高场强磁共振模拟定位机的失真度进行检测,确保放疗定位精度。Objective To explore the application value of QUASAR MRID 3D distortion phantom for distortion detection of the high-field MR simulator.Methods The large-diameter QUASAR MRID 3D distortion phantom images were accurately obtained with GE MR 750W high field intensity magnetic resonance simulator by using fast gradient recalled echo(GRE)sequence and its reverse gradient sequence respectively,and then were imported into the phantom's own analysis software for quantitative analysis of image distortion and B0distortion data of the main magnetic field.Results When the length range was fixed,the distortion increased as the distance from the magnetic field center rose;the average distortion in the X,Y,and Z directions within the phantom size range of 368 mm(diameter) × 321 mm(length) was lower than 2.00 mm,with the maximum results being 1.24,1.40,and 1.05 mm,respectively.When compared with the benchmark data,the average distortion of B0was1.07 mm.Conclusion QUASAR MRID 3D distortion phantom can accurately detect the distortion of high field MR images to ensure the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning of MR-SIM images.
