摘　　要：介绍了射波刀同步呼吸追踪放疗时患者准备、影像定位、呼吸建模和治疗各阶段应注意的问题,分析了问题产生的原因及可能造成的危害或弊端,提出了切实有效的处理方法,对射波刀同步呼吸追踪放疗的成功、顺利和精确实施具有重要意义。The problems during synchrony respiratory tracking radiotherapy of Cyberknife were introduced in patient preparation,image localization,respiratory modeling and treatment.The causes and potential risks were analyzed,and the solutions were put forward accordingly.References were provided for the implementation of synchrony respiratory tracking radiotherapy of Cyberknife.
