摘 要:对患者进行气管切开术是将患者的颈段气管切开,进而改善患者呼吸困难的问题,然后建立呼吸通道的常用急救措施,气管切开术会将人体的正常呼吸道功能破坏,若直接给予患者气体,因其未经过湿化直接进入下呼吸道,会使得患者的呼吸道黏膜干燥,破坏其纤毛运动,进而使痰液黏稠难以咳出,导致患者发生肺部感染以及呼吸困难.故而,对实施气管切开术的患者给予有效的气道湿化是改善患者气道通气以及降低肺部感染的重要措施,此文对气道的湿化方式、湿化液的选择和湿化后的效果进行综述.Tracheotomy is a common first aid measure to cut the patient's neck trachea to improve the patient's breathing difficulties,and then establish a breathing channel.Tracheotomy will destroy the normal respiratory function of the human body,and directly give the patient gas that directly enters the lower respiratory tract without humidification,which will make the respiratory mucosa of the patient dry,damage the ciliary movement,and make the sputum sticky and difficult to cough up,it causes lung infection and dyspnea.Therefore,effective airway humidification for patients after tracheotomy is an important measure to improve airway ventilation and reduce lung infection.This article reviews the airway humidification mode,the selection of humidification fluid and the effect of humidification.
