药品不良反应导致的190例过敏性皮疹案例分析

摘　　要：目的了解药品不良反应导致过敏性皮疹的发生特点及治疗措施.方法搜索包含关键词"过敏性皮疹"的个案报道,剔除因使用中药材或注射疫苗引起过敏性皮疹案例、内容信息不详尽案例及统计类文章后,对皮疹发生、用药及恢复情况进行汇总分析.结果发生过敏性皮疹的40岁以下患者相对较多,男女比例均衡.口服用药和静脉滴注药品更容易引起过敏性皮疹,静脉滴注所引起的皮疹发生较快,用药半小时内是过敏性皮疹的高发期.中成药和抗微生物药更易引起过敏性皮疹.结论用药时及时发现、尽早采取治疗措施是治疗的关键,所以在使用易引起过敏性皮疹的药物时,叮嘱患者注意观察相关的症状,叮嘱患者不要搔抓患处,避免产生破溃引起感染.医院应加强皮试类药物的管理.Objective To understand the characteristics and treatment measures of allergic rash caused by adverse drug reactions.Methods The case reports containing the keyword"allergic rash"were searched,and the cases of allergic rash caused by the use of Chinese medicinal materials or injected vaccines,cases with inexhaustible content information and statistical articles were excluded,and the occurrence,medication and recovery of rash were summarized.Results Allergic rash occurred in relatively many patients under 40 years of age,and the ratio of men and women was balanced.Oral medication and intravenous infusion drugs are more likely to cause allergic rash,and the rash caused by intravenous drip occurs faster,and the high incidence of allergic rash is within half an hour of medication.Proprietary Chinese medicines and antimicrobials are more likely to cause allergic rashes.Conclusion Timely detection of medication,early treatment measures is the key to treatment,so when using drugs that are easy to cause allergic rash,patients are advised to pay attention to observe related symptoms,advise patients not to scratch the affected area,to avoid rupture and infection.Strengthen the management of skin test drugs.
