摘　　要：目的探讨健康管理对医务人员慢性非传染性疾病危险因素的干预效果.方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月天津市黄河医院就职且患有慢性非传染性疾病的医务人员为研究对象,共有56名,包括男性医务人员35名、女性医务人员21名,对所有研究对象进行为期6个月的健康管理,包括:建立医务人员个人健康档案,对健康管理与监测结果及时更新数据;院内成立健康管理小组,提醒研究对象继续保持或者转变生活习惯以及必要的药物干预等;定期进行健康监测与评估,在相关疾病前期做好干预与健康管理;制定个性化健康管理措施等.结果经过健康管理,非传染性疾病医务人员BMI、血压、血糖、血脂指标均有明显改善,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员健康管理后对应的不良生活习惯占比均明显下降,与健康管理前相比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对慢性非传染性疾病医务人员加强健康管理,可发挥健康促进作用,并能改善医务人员慢性病的危险因素,改善不同医务人员的健康状况.Objective To explore the intervention effect of health management on risk factors of chronic non communicable diseases among medical staff.Method A total of 56 medical staff who were employed in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 and suffered from chronic non communicable diseases were selected as the research subjects,including 35 male medical staff and 21 female medical staff.Health management was conducted for all the research subjects for a period of 6 months,including:establishing personal health records of medical staff and updating data on health management and monitoring results in a timely manner;establish a health management team within the hospital to remind research subjects to continue maintaining or changing their lifestyle habits,as well as necessary medication interventions;regularly conduct health monitoring and evaluation,and carry out intervention and health management in the early stages of related diseases;develop personalized health management measures,etc.Results Through health management,the BMI,blood pressure,blood sugar,and lipid indicators of non communicable disease medical personnel were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the proportion of adverse lifestyle habits corresponding to health management among medical personnel significantly decreased compared to before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health management for medical personnel with chronic non communicable diseases can play a health promoting role,improve the risk factors of chronic diseases among medical personnel,and improve the health status of different medical personnel.
