院前急救护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘  要:目的观察院前急救护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力现状,并分析其相关影响因素.方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月于南昌急救中心培训科进行岗前培训的院前急救护士32名作为研究对象,采用林毅等编制的自主学习能力评定量表对护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力现状进行评估,采用线性回归分析的方法探究院前急救护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力的影响因素.结果32名院前急救护士经评估,岗前培训期间自主学习能力评定量表得分为(102.36±12.27)分.每日网络自主学习时间、对培训方式满意情况、社会支持、自我效能感等资料不同的护士自主学习能力评定量表得分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);其他不同资料的护士自主学习能力评定量表得分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).经线性回归分析,结果显示,每日网络自主学习时间<1h、对培训方式不满意、社会支持低水平、自我效能感低水平均为院前急救护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力低下的影响因素(P<0.05).结论院前急救护士岗前培训期间自主学习能力的影响因素为每日网络自主学习时间少、对培训方式不满意及社会支持水平低、自我效能感水平低.Objective To observe the status quo of autonomous learning ability of pre-hospital emergency nurses during pre-post training,and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods Thirty-two pre-hospital emergency nurses who received pre-service training in the training Department of Nanchang First Aid Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The autonomous learning ability assessment scale compiled by Lin Yi et al.was used to evaluate the status quo of the autonomous learning ability of nurses during pre-service training.Linear regression analysis was conducted on the factors influencing the autonomous learning ability of pre-hospital emergency nurses during pre-service training.Results 32 pre-hospital emergency nurses were evaluated,the score of self-learning ability rating scale during pre-service training was(102.36±12.27)points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of independent learning ability rating scale of nurses with different daily online independent learning time,satisfaction with training methods,social support and self-efficacy(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the independent learning ability rating scale of nurses with different data(P>0.05).Through linear regression analysis,the results showed that daily online autonomous learning time<1h,dissatisfaction with training methods,low level of social support and low level of self-efficacy were all influential factors for the low autonomous learning ability of pre-hospital emergency nurses during pre-service training(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of independent learning ability of pre-hospital emergency nurses during pre-service training were less time for daily online independent learning,dissatisfaction with training methods,low level of social support and self-efficacy.
