摘　　要：目的研究抗结核药物所致肝损害的病情特点及护理方法.方法筛选南京市公共卫生医疗中心2022年3月-12月收治的服用抗结核药物致肝损伤患者76例为研究对象,对其病情特点进行观察,随机分组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取针对性护理.评估干预效果.结果观察组干预优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后肝功能水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者心理情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论对抗结核药物所致肝损害患者进行密切的病情观察,采取针对性护理干预,有助于降低肝损害程度,促使患者肝功能恢复正常,患者心理状态得到明显改善.Objective To study the characteristics and nursing Methods of liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Method A total of 76 patients with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs admitted to our hospital from March to December 2022 were selected.The characteristics of their condition were observed and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received targeted care on this basis.Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.Results The excellent and good rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the liver function level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the psychological and emotional scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Close observation of the condition of patients with liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs and targeted nursing interventions can help reduce liver damage,promote the recovery of liver function,and improve their psychological and emotional well-being.
