摘　　要：目的探讨JCI标准指导肺结核大咯血介入标准化护理模式的应用效果.方法选取萍乡市第二人民医院2019年2月1日-2022年12月31日符合条件的70例肺结核大咯血患者,按照不同的护理方式分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=30),对照组为肺结核大咯血介入治疗采用常规护理干预的患者,试验组为新入院肺结核大咯血介入治疗采用JCI标准指导下标准化护理模式干预的患者.评估两组患者遵医行为、满意度、不良事件及护士对护理知识掌握程度.结果试验组遵医行为率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理人员对护理知识掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论JCI标准指导肺结核大咯血介入标准化护理模式可提高患者的遵医行为率和治疗的满意度,降低不良事件发生率的同时还通过培训提高了参与干预的护理人员技术水平.Objective To study the standardized nursing model for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with massive hemoptysis under the guidance of JCI standards.Methods From February 1,2019 to December 31,2022,70 eligible patients with massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and a experimental group(n=30)according to different nursing methods.The control group was patients who received routine nursing intervention for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis during interventional treatment,and the test group was newly admitted patients who received standardized nursing intervention under the guidance of JCI standards for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Evaluate the compliance behavior,satisfaction,adverse events,and knowledge mastery of the two groups of patients.Results The rate of compliance behavior in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of knowledge mastery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing model guided by JCI standards for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with massive hemoptysis can improve their compliance rate and treatment satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the technical level of nursing personnel participating in the intervention through training.
