多院区医务管理模式运行方案在糖尿病患者分级诊疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多院区医务管理模式运行方案在糖尿病患者分级诊疗中的应用效果.方法选取喀什地区第一人民医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的100例糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组采用常规管理,研究组采用多院区医务管理,对比两组应用效果.结果研究组空腹血糖(FBG)水平、生活质量(QOL)评分及糖尿病并发症发生率均低于对照组,且遵医行为及护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在糖尿病患者临床护理中,多院区医务管理模式下运行的分级诊疗可明显改善患者血糖水平,有效提高其遵医行为和护理满意度,从而改善患者的生活质量和预后表现,具有良好的临床应用价值.Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-hospital medical management mode operation scheme in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes patients.Methods 100 cases of diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted routine management and the study group adopted multi-hospital medical management.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose(FBG)level,quality of life(QOL)score and incidence of diabetes complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical care of patients with diabetes,the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment under the multi-hospital medical management mode can significantly relieve the blood glucose level of patients,effectively improve their compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction,and thus improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients,which has good clinical application value.
