摘 要:针对北京地铁10号线列车控制及监控系统存在故障响应周期长、替换备件价格高等问题,提出改造方案,减少对进口设备和备件的依赖,降低替换备件的价格,从而降低车辆运营成本。提高国内企业在列车控制及监控系统领域的技术掌握程度,降低对外依赖,提高自主创新能力。设计了MVB总线的国产化方案,通过该总线实现列车网络通信。MVB总线的电气接口为电介质距离(EMD),传输速率为1.5 Mbit/s。在保证原车接口基本一致的情况下,开展了定制化设计,其主要优势为具有VCU冗余功能、RIOM关键点采集冗余功能、根据运营人员需求进行功能优化、车地无线传输装置、使用MVB线路增加稳定性、中继器冗余设计、车地无线和TCMS一体化。In view of the problems of long fault response period and high price of replacement spare parts in the train control and monitoring system of Beijing Subway Line 10,this paper puts forward a reconstruction scheme to reduce the dependence on imported equipment and spare parts and lower the price of replacement spare parts,thus cutting the vehicle operating cost.In order to improve the technical mastery of domestic enterprises in the field of train control and monitoring system,reduce external dependence and enhance independent innovation capability,the localization scheme of MVB bus is designed,and the train network communication is realized through this bus.The MVB bus uses the Electrical Middle Distance(EMD)interface as the transmission medium,and the transmission rate can reach 1.5 Mbit/s.Based on the basic consistency of the original vehicle interface,the customized design is carried out,and its main advantages are VCU redundancy function,RIOM key point acquisition redundancy function,function optimization according to the needs of operators,vehicle-ground wireless transmission device,adoption of MVB line to increase stability,repeater redundancy design and vehicle-ground wireless and TCMS integration.
