摘 要:700 kW氢燃料电池混合动力机车是我国自主研发的首台氢燃料混合动力机车,开启了氢燃料电池在中国轨道交通领域的应用。700 kW氢燃料电池混合动力机车,采用动力蓄电池加氢燃料电池系统的混合动力方式供电,并能对制动能量进行回收利用,可实现机车的绿色节能运行。该机车采用中央司机室、双外侧走廊、中间设备布置方式。司机室的设计给司乘人员提供良好的人机界面、便利的操作空间、充分的瞭望条件;同时设置基本的辅助设施,为司乘人员提供安全、可靠、舒适的工作环境;室内设备的布置符合人机工程原理且满足单司机操作的要求。本人通过介绍氢燃料电池混合动力系统、司机室结构设计、司机室设备布置、操纵台、内饰及材料运用等,阐述其司机室设计运用的新理念、新方法、新技术、美学效果及环保等各方面情况。As the first hydrogen fuel cell hybrid locomotive independently developed in China,the 700 kW hydrogen fuel cell hybrid locomotive has started the application of hydrogen fuel cell in China’s rail transit field.Powered by the hybrid mode of storage battery and hydrogen fuel cell system,the locomotive can recycle the braking energy,realizing the green and energy-saving operation of the locomotive.The locomotive adopts the layout of central cab,double outer corridors and intermediate equipment.The design of driver′s cab provides good man-machine interface,convenient operation space and sufficient observation conditions for drivers and passengers.At the same time,basic auxiliary facilities are set up to provide a safe,reliable and comfortable working environment.The layout of indoor equipment conforms to the principle of ergonomics and meets the requirements of single driver operation.By introducing hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power system,cab structure design,cab equipment layout,console,interior decoration and material application,etc.,this paper expounds the new concept,new method,new technology,aesthetic effect and environmental protection of cab design and application.
