摘 要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)、纳米级二氧化钛(TiO_(2))、纳米银颗粒(AgNPs)和棉纤维为原料,用棉纺试验机和无喷头环形静电纺丝机纺制了防紫外线PAN基纳米纤维复合纱线、防辐射PAN基纳米纤维复合纱线、PAN基纳米纤维复合纱线和纯棉纱线,并利用电脑横机分别织造了4种相同规格的针织物,测试分析了纱线的基本性能和织物的防紫外线、防辐射性能。结果表明:PAN基功能性纳米纤维和PAN基纳米纤维在复合纱线中分布均匀;PAN基功能性纳米纤维复合纱线和PAN基纳米纤维复合纱线的吸湿性较差,捻度比较接近,都大于纯棉纱线的捻度,拉伸性能也比纯棉纱线好;PAN基功能性纳米纤维织物的防紫外线性能和防辐射性能良好。Using polyacrylonitrile(PAN),nanoscale titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),nano silver granules(AgNPs)and cotton fiber as raw materials,two kinds of UV and radiation protective PAN-based functional nanofiber composite yarns,PAN-based nanofiber composite yarn and pure cotton yarn were spun by cotton spinning testing machines and nozzle-free ring electrostatic spinning machine,and four kinds of knitted fabrics with the same specifications were woven by computer flat knitting machine.The basic properties of the yarn and the UV protective and radiation protective properties of the fabric were tested and analyzed.The results show that the PAN-based functional nanofiber and PAN-based nanofiber are evenly distributed in the composite yarns.PAN-based functional nanofiber composite yarns and PAN-based nanofiber composite yarns have poor hygroscopic properties,similar twist,but greater than that of pure cotton yarns,and better tensile properties than pure cotton yarn.The PAN-based functional nanofiber fabrics have good UV and radiation protective properties.
