园子沟煤矿1012102工作面二次切眼掘进及支护技术研究

摘  要:针对园子沟煤矿1012102工作面二次切眼掘进支护问题,建立数学模型,运用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对二次切眼掘进断面围岩应变进行了数值模拟研究,介绍了二次掘进技术,依据数值模拟结论提出二次切眼支护技术,采用顶板离层监测仪对切眼支护效果进行考察。数值模拟研究表明1012102工作面二次切眼掘进1d后顶板最大应变量为900 mm,顶板冒落带约为20 m;一次切眼支护区域围岩稳定;二次切眼支护顶板沿用一次支护技术,为保证切眼整体稳定性,煤壁一侧增加锚杆密度,提高了切眼整体稳定性;1012102工作面切眼整体支护完成后进行顶板位移观测,观测结果为一次切眼支护区域深部最大位移量60 mm,二次切眼支护区域深部最大位移量为65 mm,整体支护效果较好。s:In view of the problem of secondary cut tunneling support in 1012102 working face of Yuanzigou Coal Mine,a mathematical model was established.The COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to conduct a numerical simulation study on the wall rock strain of the secondary cut tunneling section.The secondary tunneling technology was introduced.Based on the numerical simulation conclusion,the secondary cut support technology was proposed.The roof separation monitor was used to investigate the effect of the cut support.The numerical simulation study shows that the maximum roof strain of 1012102 working face is 900 mm and the roof caving zone is about 20 m after the second cut tunneling for one day;The surrounding rock in the primary cutting support area is stable;The primary support technology is used to support the roof of the secondary cut.In order to ensure the overall stability of the cut,the bolt density is increased at one side of the coal wall,which improves the overall stability of the cut;The roof displacement observation was carried out after the completion of the overall support of the cut hole of 1012102 working face.The observation results showed that the maximum displacement of the deep part of the primary cut hole support area was 60mm,and the maximum displacement of the deep part of the secondary cut hole support area was 65mm.The overall support effect was good.
