摘 要:为了解决煤矿井下作业面在初采的过程中存在着硬质顶板长距离悬顶、作业危险性大的不足。结合井下地质资料,提出了采用顶板预裂技术进行卸压的方案,建立了硬质顶板在初采时坚硬顶板卸压力学模型,科学的确立了作业面初采卸压参数。根据现场的实际验证,在作业面初采期间采用定向切缝爆破的方案能够减少在初采过程中的来压步距和来压强度,而且能够解决硬质顶板在垮落过程中存在的整体性和顺时候问题。In order to solve the problems of long distance suspended hard roof and high risk of operation in the initial mining process of coal mine underground working face.Based on the underground geological data,the scheme of roof presplitting technology for pressure relief is proposed,and the mechanical model of hard roof plate pressure relief in the initial mining of hard roof is established,and the pressure relief parameters in the initial mining of working face are scientifically established.According to the actual verification on site,adopting the directional slit blasting scheme during the initial mining of the working face can reduce the weighting step and weighting strength during the initial mining process,and can solve the integrity and timing problems of the hard roof during the caving process.
