闽东北闽西南协同发展区科技创新与碳排放效率耦合协调研究

摘　　要：通过对闽东北闽西南协同发展区科技创新和碳排放效率的机理分析,构建科技创新和碳排放效率协调发展指标体系和耦合协调模型,测算两大协同发展区科技创新和碳排放效率的耦合关系和协调关系。研究发现,两大协同发展区科技创新和碳排放效率的耦合关系较好,且基本呈上升趋势,二者相互作用,共同促进经济发展;两大系统总体上呈协调发展趋势,且在绿色经济理念的加持下,科技创新可以进一步提高碳排放效率。研究结果表明,两大协同发展区应当发展绿色低碳产业,加快发展方式绿色转型,以经济社会全面绿色转型为引领,以能源绿色低碳发展为关键,以绿色发展建设人与自然和谐共生的美丽福建。By analyzing the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the Northeast Fujian Southwest Collaborative Development Zone,the indicator system and coupling coordination model of coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency are constructed,and the coupling relationship and coordination relationship between scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the two major collaborative development zones are calculated.The study found that the coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the two coordinated development zones was good,and basically showed an upward trend.The two interacted to jointly promote economic development;Generally speaking,the two systems show a trend of coordinated development from the perspective of coordination,and with the support of the concept of green economy,scientific and technological innovation can further improve the carbon emission efficiency.The research results show that the two coordinated development zones should develop green and low-carbon industries,accelerate the green transformation of the development mode,take the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society as the guide,take the green and low-carbon development of energy as the key,and build a beautiful Fujian where people and nature coexist harmoniously with green development.
