摘 要:目前钢铁厂电弧炉多采用的直流电源供电方式,直流电源多采用晶闸管大功率整流器作为整流设备,可以处理较大的工作电流,同时具有电流容量大、击穿电压高等特点。直流电弧炉的直流电源一般采用两台晶闸管整流器,安装于变压器两侧分别与变压器两个二次侧出线相连接,构成12脉波整流器。12脉波晶闸管整流器输出电流比较平稳,但仍含有11次和13次谐波,仍需要进行无功补偿及谐波治理。本文主要介绍目前主流的无功补偿设备及优缺点,并最终确认TCR+TSC的解决方案更适合钢铁厂电弧炉直流电源的无功补偿和电能质量治理。At present,electric arc furnaces in iron and steel plants mostly use DC power supply.DC power supply mostly uses thyristor high-power rectifier as rectifier equipment,which can handle large working current,and has large current capacity and high breakdown voltage.The DC power supply of DC electric arc furnace generally adopts two thyristor rectifiers,which are installed on both sides of the transformer and connected with the two secondary side outgoing lines of the transformer to form a 12 pulse rectifier.The output current of 12 pulse thyristor rectifier is relatively stable,but it still contains 11th and 13th harmonics,and reactive power compensation and harmonic treatment are still needed.This paper mainly introduces the current mainstream reactive power compensation equipment and its advantages and disadvantages,and finally confirms that the TCR+TSC solution is more suitable for the power quality management of DC power supply of electric arc furnace in iron and steel plant.
