摘  要:为提高水平井开发深水底水气藏效果,基于南海深水气田LS17-12-A4H水平井地质条件,开展非均质储层渗流与变密度井筒管流耦合流动规律实验研究,进而建立井筒变密度设计图版,在此基础上开展大型3D底水气藏开发实验,以开发效果验证井筒变密度设计方法的可靠性。实验结果表明:①按本文方法设计的变密度井筒能够大幅度削弱储层非均质水脊;②变密度井应用在渗透率级差为2至25区间储层时均衡底水脊进效果良好,最佳实验组可延长无水采气期1.15天、提高采收率3.19个百分点;③A4H井按渗透率划分为4段(250、1500、1500、2500 mD),对应的井筒段打开程度分别设计为0.3、0.05、0.3、0.08,开展实验后结果显示底水界面推进均衡,气藏采收率高达61.31%。实践结果表明,依据本文建立的井筒变密度设计图版能够准确和方便的设计水平井沿程各段打开程度,能够有效削弱气藏非均质水脊,可为同类型底水油气藏水平井变密度设计提供理论指导与支撑。In order to improve the efficiency of horizontal well development in bottom-water gas reservoirs,the experiment study on the coupling flow law of heterogeneous reservoir seepage and variable density wellbore pipe-flow was conducted based on the geological conditions of A4H horizontal well in the LS17-12 deepwater gas field in the South China Sea,and then the wellbore variable density design chart was established.On this basis,a large-scale 3D development experiment of bottom-water gas reservoirs was carried out to verify the reliability of variable density design method.The experimental results reveal that:①The variable density wellbore designed according to the method stated herein can greatly weaken the heterogeneous water cresting of the reservoir.②the variable density wellbore can balance the bottom water cresting well when the permeability ratio falls in the range of 2 to 25,and the results of the best experimental group show that the water-free gas production period can be extended by 1.15 days and the recovery rate can be increased by 3.19 percentage points.③A4H well is divided into 4 sections(250,1500,1500,2500 mD)according to permeability,and the corresponding wellbore opening degrees is designed at 0.3,0.05,0.3,and 0.08,respectively.The experimental results reveal that the bottom water leading interface is flat,and the recovery of the gas reservoir is up to 61.31%.Practice results show that with the wellbore variable density design chart established in this paper,the open degree of each section along the horizontal well can be designed accurately and conveniently,which may effectively weaken the heterogeneous water cresting in gas reservoirs,and may provide effective theoretical support and method guidance for variable density design of horizontal wells in the same type of bottom-water reservoirs.
