摘  要:液动冲击器在硬地层钻进中有良好的应用效果,高温高压极端工况下往复密封的密封性能对液动冲击器的寿命有重要影响。为此,考虑高温高压影响下橡胶材料应力松弛特性对密封性能的影响,结合液动冲击器的工况参数,通过压力渗透的加载方式对组合密封进行仿真,得到了钻井液压力、密封压缩率和钻井液温度等参数对组合密封主密封面接触压力的影响。研究结果表明:随着钻井液压力的增大,往复密封最大Mises应力和最大应变均逐渐增大,但当钻井液压力达到15 MPa以后,其增长趋势逐渐放缓;随着压缩率的增大,主密封面的有效接触长度逐渐增大,而且当压缩率达到15%时,主密封面的两端均出现较大值;高温环境下组合密封的有效接触长度小于常温,高温会降低动密封的可靠性。所得结论可为液动冲击器的现场应用和性能优化提供参考。Hydraulic impactors have good application effects in hard formation drilling,but the sealing performance of reciprocating seals under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions has an important influence on the service life of them.Therefore,considering the stress relaxation of rubber materials on sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure,combined with the operating parameters of the hydraulic impactor,the pressure infiltration loading method was used to simulate the combined seal and obtain the influence of drilling fluid pressure,sealing compression ratio and drilling fluid temperature on the contact pressure of main sealing surface of the combined seal.The research results show that as the drilling fluid pressure increases,the maximum Mises stress and maximum strain of the reciprocating seal gradually increase,but after the drilling fluid pressure has reached 15 MPa,the increase trends gradually slow down;as the compression ratio increases,the effective contact length of the main sealing surface gradually increases,and when the compression ratio reaches 15%,larger values occur at both ends of the main sealing surface;the effective contact length of the combined seal under hightemperature environment is smaller than that at room temperature,and high temperature reduces the reliability of the dynamic seal.The conclusions provide reference for the field application and performance optimization of hydraulic impactors.
