摘 要:为了满足海上大斜度井密闭取心的技术需求,从提高取心工具工作的稳定性、减轻钻井液对岩心冲蚀、减小岩心入筒阻力、优化取心卡层措施及解决传统水基密闭液的弊端等方面入手,通过优化密闭取心工具结构、改进取心钻头设计、研发液力加压型密闭取心工艺和开发新型合成基密闭液等手段,形成了一整套海上大斜度井密闭取心的配套技术。该技术在渤海C油田A11S1井中成功应用,在明下段地层中密闭取心2筒,收获率100%,密闭率100%,取心层位井斜达63.2°,突破了渤海油田密闭取心井斜极限,目前为渤海油田取心之最。应用结果表明,该技术从根本上保证了海上大斜度井取心的收获率和密闭率,所获取的岩心用于准确定量分析油层的油水动态、水淹油层情况及水驱油效果。所得结论可为后续制定合理的勘探开发方案提供技术保障。In order to meet the technical requirements of sealed coring in offshore highly deviated well,starting from improving the operating stability of coring tool,reducing erosion of drilling fluid to cores,reducing core entry resistance,optimizing coring layer determination measures and solving the drawbacks of traditional waterbased sealing fluid,by means of optimizing the structure of sealed coring tool,improving the design of coring bit,studying hydraulic pressurized sealed coring technology and developing new synthetic-based sealing fluid,a complete set of supporting technologies for sealed coring of offshore highly deviated well were formed.This technology has been successfully applied in Well A11S1 of Bohai C oilfield,sealed coring for 2 barrels in lower Minghuazhen Formation,with a core recovery of 100%,a sealing rate of 100%,well deviation of coring horizon reaching 63.2°,which breaks through the well deviation limit of sealed coring in Bohai Oilfield,and is the highest record in Bohai Oilfield at present.The application results show that this technology fundamentally ensures the core recovery and sealing rate of offshore highly deviated well,and the obtained cores can be used to accurately and quantitatively analyze the oil-water performance of oil layers,the waterflooded reservoir status and the water displacing oil effect.The conclusions provide technical support for the subsequent formulation of reasonable exploration and development plans.
