椎动脉支架成形术联合药物治疗椎动脉粥样硬化狭窄的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察椎动脉支架成形术联合药物治疗椎动脉粥样硬化狭窄的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月黔南州人民医院收治的椎动脉粥样硬化狭窄患者44例为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各22例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予椎动脉支架成形术联合药物治疗。比较两组患者生活质量、治疗效果、脑血液流量指标、神经功能。结果:治疗后,观察组生理健康、独立能力、心理状态、社会关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组局部相对脑血流量、相对平均通过时间、相对脑血容量、相对达峰值时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:椎动脉支架成形术联合药物治疗椎动脉粥样硬化狭窄的效果显著,可以有效改善患者生活质量、脑血液流量、神经功能,值得临床推广和应用。Objective:To observe the effect of vertebral artery stenting combined with drugs in the treatment of vertebral atherosclerotic stenosis.Methods:A total of 44 patients with vertebral atherosclerotic stenosis were selected at Qiannan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication,and the observation group was treated with vertebral artery stenting combined with medication.The quality of life,treatment effect,cerebral blood flow index and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the physical health,independent ability,psychological state,and social relationship scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the local relative cerebral blood flow,relative average transit time,relative cerebral blood volume,and relative peak time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Vertebral artery stenting combined with drugs has a significant effect in the treatment of vertebral atherosclerotic stenosis,which can effectively improve the quality of life,cerebral blood flow,nerve function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
