摘　　要：目的:探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声在不孕症妇女子宫内膜容受性及子宫动脉血流动力学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的50例不孕症患者为试验组,随机抽取同时期50例门诊超声监测卵泡发育者为对照组。采用彩色多普勒超声对所有受检者在月经后第8、15、22天进行检查,对子宫内膜容受性和子宫动脉血流动力学指标进行分析。结果:月经第8、15、22天,试验组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型A型比例、子宫内膜容积2 mL比例显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组搏动指数和阻力指数高于对照组,双侧子宫动脉收缩期最大速度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症妇女采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,能充分了解其子宫内膜容受性和子宫动脉血流动力学情况。Objective:To explore the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound on endometrial receptivity and uterine artery hemodynamics in infertile women.Methods:A total of 50 infertility patients were selected as the experimental group at Shenzhen Luohu District People's Hospital from December 2020 to June 2022,and 50 outpatients of follicle development monitored by ultrasound were randomly selected as the control group.Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine all subjects on the 8th,15th and 22nd day after menstruation,and the endometrial receptivity and uterine artery hemodynamics were analyzed.Results:On the 8th,15th,and 22nd day of menstruation,the endometrial thickness,the proportion of endometrial type A,and the proportion of endometrial volume 2 mL in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pulsation index and resistance index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the maximum systolic velocity of bilateral uterine arteries was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endometrial receptivity and uterine arterial hemodynamics could be examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in infertile women.
