摘  要:采用改质沥青作为粘接剂,通过低结构炭黑与高结构炭黑相互搭配提高材料整体电阻率。在配方中加入一定量的添加剂,可通过调控添加剂的比例来调节炭黑基电刷的气孔率及孔径从而达到调控炭黑基电刷电阻率的目的。采用控制压粉粒度、混均工艺、保压工艺、控制焙烧曲线和减小石墨化装炉截面积可使一批电刷的均一性进行调控,得到了一种电阻率较高且波动范围小的炭黑基电刷材料。The modified asphalt is used as the adhesive to improve the overall resistivity of the material by combining low structure carbon black and high structure carbon black.Adding a certain amount of additives to the formula,the pore rate and pore size of carbon black brush can be adjusted by regulating the proportion of additives so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the resistivity of carbon black brush.Control the particle size of the powder,mixed average process,pressure retaining process,control the roasting curve and reduce the cross-sectional area of the furnace of graphite can be controlled,and a carbon black base brush with small resistivity fluctuation and high resistivity is obtained.
