《图书馆服务宣言》审视和反思——基于《国际图联趋势报告》分析

摘　　要：2008年,中国图书馆学会发布《图书馆服务宣言》是中国图书馆行业的里程碑。15年过去了,面对时代的发展,我们需要重新审视和思考以宣言为代表的图书馆服务理念和核心价值。因此,文章对近5年(2018–2022年)国际图联发布的《国际图联趋势报告》进行文本分析,从“参与社会建设”“平等与权利”“消弭数字鸿沟”“普遍开放”“人文精神”等7个方面对报告内容进行梳理和分析。以此为视角,对照《图书馆服务宣言》内容,结合行业发展态势,提出图书馆发展的启示和思考。In 2008,the Chinese Library Association issued the Library Service Manifesto,which was a milestone in China's library industry.Fifteen years have passed,and facing the development of the times,we need to review and reflect on the library service concept and core values represented by the Manifesto.Therefore,the paper makes a textual analysis of the IFLA Trend Report issued by IFLA in the past five years(2018–2022),and sorts out and analyzes the content of the reports from seven aspects:“participation in social construction”,“equality and rights”,“eliminating the digital divide”,“universal openness”,“humanistic spirit”and so on.From this perspective,and based on the content of the Library Service Manifesto and the development trend of the industry,the paper proposes inspiration and thinking for the development of libraries..
