摘　　要：目的探讨研究者发起的临床研究一体化信息平台的开发应用和实践经验。方法介绍北京市某三甲医院开发建设临床研究一体化平台的过程,重点描述、展示平台功能和优势,分析开发建设过程中的主要问题和潜在风险。结果临床研究一体化平台符合研究者发起的临床研究的管理要求,通过平台能够实现项目全生命周期规范化管理,在平台对接方面需要进一步探索数据安全、信息抓取、共享及互通的关键问题。结论临床研究一体化平台有效提高了研究者发起的临床研究的规范性、管理的质量和效率。Objective To explore the development,application and practical experience of investigator-initiated integrated clinical research information platform.Methods The process of developing and constructing an integrated clinical research platform in a tertiary hospital in Beijing was introduced,the functions and advantages of the platform were described and displayed,and the main problems and risk points in the development and construction process were analyzed.Results The integrated clinical research platform meets the management requirements of clinical research initiated by investigators,and the standardized management of the whole life cycle of the project can be realized through the platform,and the key issues of data security,information capture,sharing and interoperability need to be further explored in terms of platform docking.Conclusions The integrated clinical research platform effectively improves the standardization,management quality and efficiency of investigator-initiated clinical research.
