档案多元论视域下濒危土家语档案抢救研究

摘　　要：土家语作为深度濒危语言,对其进行抢救与保护是档案工作者义不容辞的责任。档案多元论为土家语档案的抢救和保护打开了思路,开辟了捷径。从档案来源主体多元化、档案本质属性多元化、档案管理形式多元化、档案价值实现多元化的视角来研究土家语档案的收集、保管、教育与研究、开发与利用,以实现抢救与保护的目的。As a deeply endangered language,it is the duty of archivists to rescue and protect Tujia language.The theory of archives pluralism has opened mind and created a shortcut for the rescue and protection of Tujia language.To achieve the purpose of rescue and protection,the paper studies the collection,storage,education and research,development and utilization of Tujia language from the perspective of plural subjects of archives source,plural essential attributes of archives,plural management styles of archives and plural value realization of archives.
